Positive attitude

Ever notice all the lack of positivity around you? My oldest son had try-outs for competitive soccer these past two weekends. It was in a dome, an inside field, as there is lots of snow outside and playing on a soccer field is not an option. It is well made with soccer fields surrounded by a track field inside a huge dome.

The parents have to stay on the other side of the track field and not come onto or even close to the soccer field. And all I heard for the past two weekends around me was how people were tired of waiting while they play. It was hard on the back to sit where there is no support for the back and hard on the legs to stand up. The try-outs were just an hour and a half. For the most part, only 3 session in those 2 weekends. I could hear all that negativity around me. I tried to ignore them and enjoy the try-outs. I tried to observe how my son did compared to the others, because you know the first question out of a 9 year old will be:” How did I do?”.

What I knew, and still amazed me during that time happened after the try-outs. The kids of those parents were the negative ones about their performance on the field. They were the ones convinced they did not make the team. And the parents were shocked at their attitude about their performance. The positive parents, the parents I hung around with, had the more positive kids. They were the kids that are convinced they have a shot at being on the team. Now my son on the other hand, he came out and said: “I made the team.” He is really convinced. He did well, I have to admit. And I am convinced they will recognize it as well and give him a spot. My point is we transfer our attitude to our children. If we think our kids don’t have that positive attitude towards life, then we should look at ourselves before we tell them to change their attitude.

We choose who we want to be and in the process, teach it to our kids. We owe them, better yet, it is our responsability to show them how to have a great attitude about life and live by that attitude. The performance will follow our attitude, our mindset. It is the same in our business, love life, etc. The attitude we possess his our choice. Wear your best attitude for 30 days and when you see yourself being negative, change on the spot and think positive. And tell me what your result were after 30 days and see for yourself.

Your Past Lives – Ways to Remember Them

While many thousands or rather millions have a certain level of curiosity regarding reincarnation, others find it to be the most common sense explanation with regards to the many mysteries which life lays before us. If we look a little further we will notice that the concept of reincarnation is the very cornerstone of many religions such as Buddhism and Hinduism, to name just two. It’s hardly surprising then that the number of people who believe in having had past lives, far exceeds the number of people who don’t believe in such a fascinating phenomena. Together with a little knowledge, there are various methods one can employ which can greatly assist you in finding out more about a past life or past lives.

Write Down Your Experiences

The way to successfully discover facts about your past lives is to write down your experiences in some kind of a journal. Describe in words things that take place and that happen, even when you think they are of little or of no significance. Make a note of your feelings as different emotions are more often than not the strongest clues we may get relating to past lives. You may find that all the notes you have taken are relevant to your past lives and fit together to make a bigger picture at some time in the future.

Throughout your daily routine keep an eye out for clues. For instance make a list of what you like and what you don’t like. This may include things from your childhood, the foods you like best, your preferences for fashion and your favorite cultures, climate, historical periods and architecture. You should also consider including how you feel about the various skills and talents you have along with your phobias and fears, the traits of your personality, the way you look physically and anything else which plays a big part in your life such as your pets, what you do for a living and those strange déjà vu experiences you have every now and again.

Record your dreams as best you can, since past lives may show up occasionally while you dream as well as any time that you may get a hint of a past life. Keep in mind that dream symbols may be reprehensive of both present and past lives and they may carry a meaning for you personally for either the present or the past. It is a good idea to present yourself with a suggestion, before you go to sleep, that you want to learn about your Past lives. When they come to you, simply write down everything and anything you may remember.

Past Life Transgressional Therapy

If you have the opportunity to visit a professional past life therapist, then don’t hesitate, just do it. You will be helped to make sense of the information you receive as the professional guides you through a regression. Therapists of this kind are trained and certified by The International Association for Regression and Research and Therapies and the International Association of Past Life Therapists and both of these organizations are likely to be able to help you find a therapist close by.

Meditation

While meditation is an extremely valuable and worthwhile tool for anyone wishing to learn more about their past lives, many people have trust issues regarding the information they receive. This is hardly surprising really when when considers that meditation is in essence, a very private and personal affair. Perhaps the only way around this issue is for you to place your trust in your instincts and to follow your feelings.

While meditating may feel like a daydream, and images are flowing in and out, there may be some valuable information coming through. Write it all down and ponder it later. Likewise, if you tell yourself that you won’t be able to do it or you won’t get anything, you won’t. Your mind is very suggestible, and it will retrieve what you tell it to.

Some people meditate better using a visual stimulus, like a candle flame, while others find it easier to meditate with sound. This can be a recorded guided meditation session you get from a therapist or a certain piece of music or just sounds, like the “om” sound or Tibetan bells.

A relatively new development using sound technology has been shown to have very promising results. This therapy known as “binaural beats” is performed by playing sound waves in each ear but with slight variations in the frequencies. Current studies tend to suggest that a feeling of deep relaxation is instantly experienced, similar to that which is experience by Zen monk when they meditate.

You need a place of peace to practice your meditation, somewhere where you will not be disturbed, whichever method you choose.

Your top priority is to be in a relaxed position while maintaining an open and receptive state of mind. Furthermore, don’t expect or hope for anything more that a feeling of deep relaxation. In most cases you’ll experience an abundance of thoughts attempting to interrupt your session but with a little practice, you’ll soon learn how to handle this effectively, simply by acknowledging them and then allowing them to pass by. Likewise, many questions will keep coming to mind as well but here again, simply address them and them put them aside. Once you achieve a suitable state of mind, the answers to the questions you have will come to you and in the vast majority of cases, they’ll come to you when you’re least expecting them to.

The images you receive will help you resolve something in your life, and that is what is important whatever your belief in reincarnation. It may not always be possible to prove that these images really are from a previous life, although many people do get enough information to actually research and verify names, places and events.

While many people tend to discover that they’ve shared past lives with some of their loved ones from this life, the relationship they currently have with those people may differ to the relationship they shared in a past life. In other words, a brother in this life may have been a father in a previous life or they may even have been your son or daughter.

Regression helps people find what they receive to be helpful and interesting, whatever their views on the subject may have been initially.

The Healing Power of Past Life Regression

It is possible to live your whole life and feel quite fulfilled without ever going through past life regression. In fact, for better or for worse, that is what most people do. Only a handful of people ever experience regression into their past lives, usually through hypnosis. This means, obviously, that nobody ever really needs to regress in order to live a happy or even normal life. It doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t help, though. We all have personal issues that we deal with in our lives. You can probably find some of your own fears or negative quirks whose origins have always escaped you. Though you can live with them, you would probably prefer to live without them. Many people have found that visiting past lives through hypnosis can uncover the root of some of their negative issues and help them deal with and banish them.

Many people who have regressed through past lives report afterward that they are more in touch with their feelings. Even if the experience is unpleasant, such as remembering how you died in a past life, regressing can open up channels within you that you never knew existed. Once these channels open they allow streams of consciousness to flow from one area of your mind to another, helping you to work successfully toward becoming more centered and balanced. This is a general description of what regressing through past lives can do, but there are specific benefits as well.

Perhaps you suffer from a severe form of claustrophobia, to a point where it really affects your everyday life. You don’t even like to shut the doors in rooms that you are in because you can’t stand the feeling of being closed in anywhere. If there is no obvious reason for this phobia, such as accidentally being locked in a trunk when you were a child for instance, you might consider past life regression. through hypnosis. It could be that in a past life you died from some type of suffocation, like being buried in the rubble from an earthquake.

When you find out through past life regression why you are experiencing an issue now, you have another tool for dealing with that issue. It can take time and practice, but the more you go through regression the more you can understand many of the things that you do and feel today. This kind of understanding can help you to live a happier and healthier life.

Past Life Regression through Hypnosis

There will always be debate about whether or not people actually live through more than one lifetime. For many people who have been regressed through hypnosis to past lives, however, there is no longer any question. The vivid memories that come through during hypnosis often alter their lives and their beliefs in phenomenal ways. Past life regression through hypnosis has helped people to overcome fears and understand many of their feelings and desires. Those who have experienced it claim to understand their current lives much better, which helps them to go on to lead happier and more productive lives. All debates aside, there are a significant number of people who believe in past lives and who actively practice regression, either as guides or participants.

The quest to experience past life regression usually starts with finding a sympathetic hypnotherapist. Once you decide that you would like to see if you can recall past lives, you’ll notice that there are a lot of people who claim that they can help you. Unfortunately, many of these people have no credentials and, like a lot of so-called psychic readers, they are only looking for easy ways to take your money. There are licensed psychotherapists who believe in past life regression, are skilled in hypnosis and who practice guiding people through the experience. Choosing someone to guide you through such a monumental journey should be considered a serious task. Get references and check credentials. Try to feel as sure of your guide as possible; you’ll relax more easily and that should help the entire process.

Contrary to what some people believe, past life regression isn’t always about having earth-shattering breakthrough memories every time. Often, a person will have memories about events that they don’t quite understand. Instead of having a revelation about being a medieval knight or an Egyptian princess, you might just have a memory of walking down an unfamiliar road in an unfamiliar town. Though past life regression can often lead to realizations of why you feel and act the way you do in your present life, any significant memories may take time to surface. Just like any other type of therapy, it is a process.

Many times we seek past life regression therapy because we feel that we need to be healed in one way or another. Perhaps we have crippling phobias or feel confused too often about where we are in life. Though it’s good to seek healing and solutions, we should also stay open to simply learning and experiencing. It doesn’t always have to be about reliving trauma; it can be about reliving joy as well. If you are guided well and do experience past life regression, be sure to savor all that it brings you.
