Your Astral Projection Experience
I am interested in hearing your experiences with Astral Projection.
Please leave a comment telling about yourself and your experiences.
My first Experience with Astral Projection happened 10 years ago when I was 23 years old. I was laying in bed at my brothers house and I felt this strange vibration sensation throughout my body. I tried to ignore it but it got stronger and stronger. I decided I would just try to relax and maybe it would go away. As I relaxed I felt my body getting lighter and lighter. I suddenly felt myself lift up and toward the ceiling. This was the scarriest thing that ever happened to me in my life. I was so scared that I was going to float away so I looked back at my body for some comfort. I then snapped back down into my body and bolted upright in the bed. I screamed and ran out into the other room to tell my brother what happened. Of course he didn’t believe me. I have had many more, some less exciting and some so exciting that I can’t wait to tell all of you about them. I will follow up in future blogs with more detail about my most exciting adventures.

hello Shawn
I have had many astral projection experiences, and can pretty much leave my body at will. I think this is because I have got Narcolepsy, which means (amongst other things) I have a very short sleep latency – ie I go straight into REM sleep stage when i go to sleep and therefore straight into sleep paralysis, thus freeing up my astral body. With Narcolepsy, one is frequently in a state of being “awake and asleep at the same time”. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on there being a connection between Narcolepsy and Astral Projection.
Wow, I have never really thought of the two being connected but it makes perfect sense. For me to astral project I have to put myself in a relaxed state between being asleep and being awake. My body is basically asleep through relaxation but my mind is still awake and my awareness is really high. Your natural ability to induce an OBE is amazing and I am envious of it. I know that narcolepsy is dangerous and not a pleasant disorder, I had a friend who had it and almost died a few times before he actually knew that he had it.
I am intrigued to hear more about your experiences. I would love to post some of them on my site.
Reply to this with a short story about one of your experiences and I will post it on my site with your signature and a link to whichever site you want a link to.
Thanks
Shawn
